PRIVACY: Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices.
We use the information you provide about yourself, or someone else, when placing an order only to complete that order/reading. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order, reding, and/or confirm delivery of goods.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Payment information is processed using a secure SSL server and kept private. For added protection, we do not store credit card information on our servers.
READINGS: After placing an order, an email will be sent to you confirming a day and time for your scheduled reading. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of your reading. Paypal payments are held in escrow for up to 24 hours after a reading at which time they are withdrawn and non-refundable.
12-hour advance notice is required for the rescheduling or cancellation of any appointment. Charges for missed appointments will otherwise be applied in full.
Online readings are given in earnest. While no psychic is 'on' 100% of the time, if you feel there was absolutely no connection, you may receive a *50% refund by sending an email request within 24 hours of your reading. (*available for online readings only)
