How to Prepare for a Reading
SCHEDULING & TERMS: After placing an order, an email will be sent to you confirming a day and time for your scheduled reading. Your credit card will not be charged until the time of your reading. Paypal payments are held in escrow for up to 24 hours after a reading at which time they are withdrawn and non-refundable.
12-hour advance notice is required for the rescheduling or cancellation of any appointment. Charges for missed appointments will otherwise be applied in full.
PREPARE A LIST: To help you get the most out of your reading I ask that you make a list of a few questions, concerns or issues beforehand. They don't have to be written out in complete sentences, a bullet list is fine. What's probably most significant is the amount of feeling and thought you put into it.
RECEIVING YOUR READING: To begin your reading online, click the live request link to open a chat dialog at the start of your scheduled appointment. The reader will already be logged on and waiting or will be with you shortly. Email readings are generally mailed within 48 hours of placing your order (see email confirmation upon placing your order for expected date of delivery).
WHAT TO EXPECT: Every online appointment starts with an open reading in which I let whatever needs to come through come through. Unless asked something specifically, please refrain from giving away any information or asking any questions. From time to time I may ask you a yes/no question as to whether a piece of information fits (to make sure I'm tracking the right energy), but I will never fish for information. Most questions on your list will be answered during this first phase, but time is provided toward the end of each reading for any leftover questions from your list and/or that arise during the reading.
